Building Manager portal

Our mananager portal designed for Buillding Managers will be a breeze to work with and it offers following features:

  2. Visitor Management - Track all visitors coming in/out of building
  3. Staff Management - Track all staff coming in/out of building and their attendance
  4. Helpdesk - Raise / respond to all issues raised by residents
  5. NoticeBoard - Send notices to residents
  6. Polls - Conduct polls and collect votes from residents with 100% anonymity
  7. Payments - Create maintenance invoices and collect payments digitally
  8. Discussions - Start or join a discussion to discuss anything about building issues or in general

Security Guard App

Our App for Security Guards is designed in such a way, they don't need any special training to use it:

  1. Visitor CheckIn - CheckIn Guests, Delivery Boys, Cab Drivers or other Helpers and monitor them
  2. Daily Staff CheckIn - Faster and easier way to checkin Daily Staff
  3. Leave At Gate - An option to keep and track any packages residents request to keep
  4. Temperature / Mask - Records every personel's body temperature and mask on/off details due to safety reasons from COVID-19 pandemic

Resident App

Our Resident App is thoughtfully designed to help residents do things faster:

  1. Visitor Activity - Track every entry for your flat whether they are Guests, Delivery Boys, Cab Drivers or other Helpers
  2. Daily Staff Activity - Be notified of your daily help (maids, cooks etc) when they enter your building
  3. PreApprove Entry - Plan visitor's entry in advance and create a pre-approval upfront to make their checkin process a breeze
  4. Auto PreApprove Entry - For selected company/delivery partners, residents can enable auto-approval feature to automatically approve their entry
  5. Leave At Gate - To let security guard know to keep your package at the gate and show OTP to collect later
  6. Temperature / Mask - See body temperature and mask on/off details before approving someone's entry
  7. Payments - Pay maintenance bills with in your app
  8. Helpdesk - Raise and track any complaints or issues to your building manager
  9. NoticeBoard - Read notices from building manager
